Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), or that you are a parent or legal guardian using the Service on behalf of a minor. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

YPP is a platform that connects youth sports participants, parents, coaches, trainers, facilities, media professionals, and vendors. The Service allows users to:

• Discover and join youth sports teams and programs
• Book trainers, facilities, and media professionals
• Manage team rosters, schedules, and communications
• Buy and sell sports-related products in the Marketplace
• Connect with other users through messaging

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory information about others
• Collect personal information about other users without their consent
• Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights

The Service may be used to manage profiles and activities for children under 18. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising their child's use of the Service, any content submitted on behalf of their child, and ensuring appropriate use of the platform. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create independent accounts.

• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• All marketplace transactions are between buyers and sellers directly. YPP is not a party to those transactions.
• Refund policies for bookings and marketplace purchases are set by individual service providers and vendors.
• YPP is not responsible for disputes between users regarding products or services.

You retain ownership of any content you post to the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant YPP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YPP and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. YPP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YPP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

YPP is not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of any user, team, trainer, facility, vendor, or other third party on the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Account Management.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, via in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
