Why Choose YPP
Built for Youth Sports.
Built with Safety First.
Why Background Checks Matter
All trainers, media professionals, coaches, and camp organizers on YPP must pass a comprehensive background check through Youth Protection Program (YPP) before they can interact with families. This ensures:
- Child Safety: Every adult working with your children has been screened for criminal history
- Verified Identity: All providers are who they claim to be
- Peace of Mind: Parents can trust that their children are in safe hands
- Community Trust: Building a safer youth sports environment for everyone
- Annual Renewal: Background checks are valid for 12 months and must be renewed each year to maintain dashboard access
Background check fee applies to trainers, media professionals, coaches, and camp organizers. Free for parents and athletes to join and browse. Background checks must be renewed every 12 months.
YPP was designed by youth sports parents and coaches who were tired of fragmented tools. We built the platform we always wished existed.

How YPP Compares
The Clear Advantage for Families
One flat rate. No ads. No commission. See how YPP stacks up against the platforms families use today.
🚀 Trainers & media professionals pay nothing until their first confirmed booking
Price Comparison by App Category
Category prices reflect publicly listed industry averages and may vary by region or team size. Parents, athletes, and assistant coaches are always free on YPP. Team owners pay $7.99/mo (1–2 teams) with zero booking commission.
Zero Processing Fees
Get Paid Instantly.
Keep Every Cent.
Unlike booking platforms that take 15–30% of every session, or payment processors charging 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction — YPP lets you collect payments directly through zero-fee apps. A $100 session pays you $100, not $87.
* YPP charges no additional fees on payments collected through Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal. Any fees assessed by those platforms are governed solely by their own terms of service and are independent of YPP.
Real Earnings Comparison
On 10 bookings × $100 each = $1,000/month in sessions
